Who we are
We are a team of professionals established in Palma de Mallorca. We have both financial and real estate background and we love and know the island inside out. Our objective is to share our knowledge with you and help you invest wisely in a market that has become one of the main European destinations in the past years.
Our core operational team is composed of Michaël Darcq, Eliana de la Fuente and Alberto de la Fuente:
Both Eliana and Michaël count with over 17 years of professional experience in the finance sector in Luxembourg, within the leading “big four” company and a leading international bank.
Alberto, our third team member has over 40 years’ experience in Mallorca, including 20 years as real estate developer and constructor, which translates into a large network of contacts within the real estate sector.
We speak Spanish, Mallorquín, French, Italian and of course English.
We believe our international financial experience coupled with our deep local knowledge makes us different from the local competition and provides you with a strong added value for your real estate project in Mallorca.
